This collection holds our newest releases: extended-capacity, factory-pattern magazines for Marlin rimfire and Remington 783 centerfire rifles. Every magazine here is manufactured in Naugatuck, Connecticut, from U.S. steel and U.S.-made components.

What's in This Collection

Two extended-capacity lines are featured here:

• The Marlin 556-XT series — a 15-round and a 10-round bolt-action magazine, both built for the Marlin Model 80, 780, 25, and 20 platforms.
• The Remington 783 XT — an 8-round short action magazine for rifles chambered in .308 Winchester, .243 Winchester, or 6.5 Creedmoor.

How to Choose

Caliber and platform first. The 556-XT is a .22 LR magazine for Marlin Model 80/780/25/20 bolt actions — confirm your rifle is one of these before ordering. The 783 XT fits Remington 783 short action rifles in .308 Winchester, .243 Winchester, or 6.5 Creedmoor only; it does not fit long action or magnum 783s.

Then capacity. The 556-XT10 holds 10 rounds, for shooters in lower-capacity states; the 556-XT15 holds 15. The 783 XT holds 8 rounds, extended from the standard 4-round short action magazine.

Confirm Fitment Before You Order

Compare the New Releases

An extended magazine means fewer reloads between strings at the range or fewer interruptions on a hunt — the tradeoff is that you should confirm your state allows the higher round count before you buy, and that the magazine still sits and locks correctly in your specific model.

What's the difference between the 556-XT10 and 556-XT15?

Both are extended .22 LR magazines for the same Marlin Model 80/780/25/20 platforms. The XT10 holds 10 rounds, for shooters in states with a 10-round limit; the XT15 holds 15.

Will the Remington 783 XT fit my long action or magnum 783?

No. The 783 XT is a short action magazine only, for .308 Winchester, .243 Winchester, and 6.5 Creedmoor short action rifles.
