On the heels of our release of the Marlin 556-XT15, a 15-round magazine, American Rifle Magazines is proud to release the Marlin 556-XT10, a 10-round magazine that works with Marlin Model 80’s ,780’s, 25’s, and 20’s. This magazine was originally made as a 15-round mag, but we also wanted to offer extended-capacity magazines to people who live in states with a 10-round magazine restriction.
The major benefits for this 10-round Marlin magazine is the ability to have an extended capacity magazine while staying compliant within lower round capacity states. Doing this will allow Marlin rifle owners and users more rounds in their magazine, while still staying compliant within their state.
Our new Marlin 556-XT10 Bolt Action Rifle magazine is compatible with Marlin Bolt Action Model 780/25 guns (see Specifications below for additional gun compatibilities). It is an extended-capacity version of one of our best sellers, the Marlin Models 780/25 22LR Bolt Action 71903 Rifle Magazine.

With this mag, you’ll experience reliable feeding and cycling thanks to the slight ramp on the front top of the magazine, which allows the bullet to easily travel from the magazine to the gun barrel hole.
Please Note: On some of the Model 80’s, the rivet we use sticks out a bit and may not allow the magazine to fully engage. To correct this, all you need to do is grind down the rivet or cut out the bottom magazine plate to allow the rivets to pass through and the magazine to fully engage.
